How should I prepare for the Speaking Test?
Please make sure you are able to be alone in a quiet, well-lit room for 20-30 minutes before taking the Speaking Test. You do not need to study beforehand. You can expect a test of general English where you will be asked to speak aloud. You will need to have taken the Core Skills Test and scored over 200, before taking the Speaking Test.
Your camera must be enabled. You cannot pause the test while recording your answers, but you have the opportunity to record your answer twice if you are not satisfied with your first attempt. You must complete the assessment fully, including marking others, before we calculate your score.
