If you are viewing the dashboard and are unable to certify a sitting, this could be due to various different reasons, such as:

• The score is too low to certify (0 in Core Skills, or under 100 in Speaking or Writing)
• The test was taken more than one year ago
• The test taker did not complete the test (Abandoned)
• The test did not pass the proctors’ review (Invalidated)
• The test taker deleted their account
