On the latest iteration of our dashboard, we make certifying test-takers easier than ever. As we now have separate views for the Core Skills, Speaking and Writing tests, you can choose which test types specifically you would like to certify, or you can look through all test types. You can also use our unique test-taker view, titled 'Your test takers'; find out more about this view in the article linked. This is how your new dashboard will look:

Our advanced filtering functions make it easier to select sittings within a certain time period, sittings using specific Connect Codes, or sittings without any violations, for example:

All test sittings have various statuses based on where they are in the certification process. To help with this, we have created a filter function so that you can easily see which test sittings can be certified. Please see a list of all certification statuses with descriptions attached:

	This test sitting is ready to be certified.
	The test taker must take a photo and confirm their name for their certificate; they will see a 'Complete your certificate' button in the app.
	The security photos taken throughout the test undergo human review.
	This sitting has been invalidated by our proctoring team, or the test-taker has deleted their account. (Please check our violations article for further information).
	The test-taker did not complete the test sitting. (It may take up to two days for abandoned sittings to be displayed on the dashboard)
	The test-taker scored a 0 in our Core Skills Test, or <100 in our Speaking and Writing tests.
	This test sitting has already been certified.

We make it very easy to bulk-certify test sittings. If you wish to certify all test-takers that have taken the Core Skills Test for instance, you can go to the 'all test sittings' view, then click on the 'Core Skills' tab and press certify. Once you have selected 'Certify', you can select a single sitting, multiple sittings, or all sittings. This works the same on the 'your test-takers' view if you are looking to just certify one specific test-taker's sitting. You will be shown the below message when you wish to certify:

Make sure you are happy with the number of sittings you wish to certify, as this action cannot be undone. 

We also now have an automated warning message if you accidentally certify the same test type (e.g. Core Skills) for a test-taker more than once. For example, if you are bulk-certifying Core Skills certificates for a number of test-takers, you will be warned via a pop-up if you have already certified Core Skills sittings for certain test-takers before. This prevents duplicate certifications for test-takers, meaning no extra certificate credits are used. Please see the pop up below:

                                                   

Once you have certified your sittings, you will be able to view and download the certificates too, by pressing the symbol on the right hand side of the sitting in question:
