Every Professional Certificate issued by EnglishScore undergoes human review within 1 business day. We expect you to remain clearly visible and alone throughout the test. If the photos or room scan do not meet our standards, EnglishScore will either:

• Require you to regenerate your certificate if there is an issue with the front photo (please submit a request if you need to do this)
  OR
• Invalidate the sitting and request a re-sit if there is an issue with the sitting photos. (This is provided at no charge to you.)

If you do not agree with our team's decision and you wish to appeal an invalidated test sitting, please contact us. Please note, if you have been asked to take the test by an organisation, you will need to contact them directly to appeal the invalidation. 

Each certificate is watermarked and password protected to prevent tampering, misuse, or alteration.

We are constantly monitoring for unique EnglishScore assessment content available publicly or on non-EnglishScore platforms. We also track unusual test taker behaviour.

If we receive any reports of violation of our terms of use, or deliberate attempts to copy or record the EnglishScore assessment, we will investigate each instance thoroughly. If we find a report to be true, a user may be permanently banned from our service.
