It's been more than 24 hours: where is my certificate?
If you have purchased / been granted a certificate and you have not received an email regarding the status of your certificate within 24 hours, it is likely still under review with our security team.
We recommend waiting a further 24 hours (48 hours in total) for your certificate status to be updated if possible and to keep an eye on your junk / spam folders. It could be that we are experiencing high volumes of certifications and therefore it is taking our security team longer than usual to review all test sittings.
If you need the certificate urgently, and you have already been waiting for 24 hours, please contact us. If you took the test through an institution, you must contact your institution directly.
