We offer an auto-renewal programme on the EnglishScore Tutors platform so that you can automatically have enough sessions in your account to continue your learning with us, without manually needing to make a new purchase each time. Once you have one session remaining to complete with your tutor, the platform will automatically take the payment for the next session pack.

When you are making a purchase on our checkout page, you will be able to opt-in to the auto-renewal programme when you are entering your card details:

The programme can only be joined for use on 10, 20, 40 or 60 packs - it is not an option for 3-session packs or trial sessions.

Auto-renewal applies your discount every time. E.g. if you start your auto-renewal with a 15% discount applied, you will always get 15％ off as long as your auto-renewal is active. By cancelling auto-renewal, you also cancel your discount.

Please note, your payment details will be stored securely and used to process future payments in line with our terms of service. 

You are sent a reminder email when you have 3 sessions remaining. This email gives you a chance to cancel your auto-renewal before it happens. If you wish to cancel your auto-renewal before ​​you receive this email, you can do so by going to the 'Subscription' heading in your 'Settings' on the dashboard.
