You can request an invite-only test session for your users. This allows you to control exactly who receives test invitations and when (compared to the open-ended nature of the Connect Code). 

Only students or test-takers who receive the email invite can do the test in the specified testing date period.

To schedule an invite-only test session, please provide the following:

1. Upload a list of users in a spreadsheet (.CSV or Excel format). Each row should contain: 

   Field	Required?	Description
   Email	✅ Yes	The user's email address (used to send the invite to)
   First Name	Optional	The first name of the test-taker
   Last Name	Optional	The surname of the test-taker
   ID	Optional	A unique identifier (e.g. student number)

2.  Specify the date on which the test invitations should be sent to your users. Please kindly inform us at least 48 working hours before the actual test date.
3. Our team will prepare and schedule the invite-only session accordingly. All test-takers registered in the spreadsheet you provided to us will receive the email on the start day of the testing period.
