First, make sure your webcam and microphone are both connected properly and you have allowed access via Google Chrome (using the camera icon in your search bar).

You can normally fix this issue by removing and re-adding consent for our site to use your webcam and microphone. To do this, please follow these instructions:

• Close down and re-open Google Chrome
• Remove the consent for microphone and webcam from the browser settings
• (go to settings>privacy>security>permissions) - or paste this into your browser "chrome://settings/content"
• Click onto camera and press the bin icon next to "tutorsapp.englishscore.com" or "mytutorapp.englishscore.com"
• Complete the same process for microphone
• Go to https://tutorsapp.englishscore.com/site/account/session and insert webcam and microphone consent from there
• Check if this works by taking this test: https://tutorsapp.englishscore.com/test

If the test shows your webcam and microphone working then we should have fixed the issue.
