Sessions on EnglishScore Tutors can only be cancelled or rescheduled up to 6 hours before the session starts. To do this, simply head to the dashboard and find the session you are looking to change in the “Lessons Booked” section. Press the arrow next to the session.

On the next page, simply press “Delete session”:

Finally, you will be prompted to confirm you would like to cancel. After doing so you will be asked if you would like to book for a different time.
