If you have not yet purchased a certificate, you will be prompted to confirm your name and take a new photo that will go on the first page of your certificate, once you have made a successful payment.

If you have already purchased a certificate and need to change your name or main photo, found on the first page of your certificate, please contact us. We do not allow photo-uploads or pre-existing photos, but we can allow you to re-take your main photo in the app. 

If you are looking to change / delete the security photos taken throughout the test sitting, please read below:

Our security practices do not allow you to change the images from your test sitting. However, if you would like to take the test again and create a new certificate, you can do so at no extra charge. Please contact us if you would like this option. 

Photos are taken at random intervals, so we recommend staying in a well-lit place and keeping your face in the frame.

If you would like us to delete your test sitting photos, please contact us and we can process this for you. Please note, if we delete your test sitting photos after you have purchased a certificate, the certificate will be revoked and you will not be able to use this to prove your English level to an employer.
