We have strict security guidelines at EnglishScore to ensure fair, trusted and reliable certificates are being granted to our customers. 

If your test sitting has been invalidated, and you have not received a certificate, it will be due to one of the following reasons:

• You were not alone throughout the test and/or the room scan
• You had unauthorised, additional devices in the room such as a phone or laptop, even if they were switched off
• You were attempting to cheat
• You were talking / in a noisy environment 
• You had unauthorised materials in the room such as an English study book 
• You were using prohibited software such as text-to-speech software, or screen sharing software
• You were taking notes / drawing throughout the test 
• You were not fully visible throughout the entirety of the test or the room scan
• You were not appropriately clothed throughout the test 
• You were using an incompatible device to take the test 

Please take the test again and purchase a new certificate or contact your organisation, if you have been instructed by them to take the test. Please contact us for any further queries, or if you wish to appeal your invalidation.
