We do not manually review scores from test sittings; the score you receive in the app is final. Our scoring model is accurate and reliable as evidenced in our validity reports.

If you are not happy with your score, we recommend taking the test a few times to see where your level is. The first time you take the test, you might not be familiar with the format, so we suggest taking a look at our practice questions in the relevant Test Guide.

We also have a practice mode on the Core Skills Test on Android devices. You can use this to take the test without having your test security, i.e. camera, turned on. Make sure you are in a quiet place and ask yourself the following questions as you go through a second time:

• Did you write enough in your response? (Applicable to the Writing Test)
• Did you answer the question fully?
• Did you violate any security guidelines meaning that questions were skipped?
