If you have not yet purchased a certificate, you will be prompted to take a new photo and confirm your name once you have made a successful payment.

If you have already purchased a certificate and need to change your name or photo, please contact us. 

Please note, we cannot update your photo, but we can allow you to re-take it. We recommend making sure you are in a well-lit room to do this.
